Well, I found my child had downloaded a program or software to my computer and I wanted to find out what it was for. It said file sharing and I didn’t know if I liked the sounds of that. Well it turns out that the music you put on your Ipod, or mp3 is gained through file sharing or music files which you download to your computer and put on your player. What is Ares? It is one of the best software for file sharing and it can now handle windows vista problems, and music, game, and movie downloading. I just wonder if it is legal or not?

I am still seeing software and free music downloads available. Did the industry stop trying to enforce the laws or are they just slacking off? I really am troubled by this, as I almost got talked into doing it, but I am so unsure if I can get in trouble or not. Whether anyone has already is irrelevant the moment. I always find those sites who offer you some Illegal music downloads, and I really wonder if it is like the cigarette companies and the state taxes with online sales. Taxing people months or even years after the fact is just ridiculous
